Join our dynamic team at Altegra Health as a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Customer Service Representative in our Weston, Florida office. This pivotal role reports directly to the Advocate Supervisor within the Member Services division. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will engage with health plan members through both inbound and outbound calls, facilitating various intake services and providing exceptional customer support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with health plan members through proactive and responsive telephonic communication to evaluate and confirm their eligibility for services.

  • Meet and exceed individual growth and production benchmarks.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the department by achieving departmental performance and quality metrics.

  • Assess correspondence and inquiries from health plan members to identify needs and expedite highly qualified cases.

  • Manage follow-ups and resolve inquiries as assigned, ensuring timely communication.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant state and federal regulatory requirements.

  • Adhere to all company and departmental operational standards and policies.

  • Participate in Altegra Health staff development and operational enhancement programs as needed.
