About The Role
The Business Analytics Lead will be an integral part of the Operations team, tasked with transforming intricate operational, customer, and business data into actionable insights. These insights will be presented as polished, market-ready artifacts that inform strategic decisions and foster alignment across departments. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and analytics projects, working closely with Leadership, Business Operations, Driver Support, Client Success, and go-to-market teams. Collaborating directly with Engineering and Product teams is essential to establish specific metrics and implement data warehouse updates. Additionally, you will allocate some of your efforts towards client success initiatives based on team capacity and business priorities.
This position is ideal for a proactive operator: someone who can swiftly navigate from ambiguous questions to thorough analyses to clear recommendations, culminating in executive-ready presentations and customer narratives, all while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities
Maintain and Enhance Analytics and Reporting Infrastructure
Design, build, document, and sustain dashboards and reporting systems for Leadership, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
Create operational insight dashboards that reveal trends, anomalies, and areas for enhancement.
Develop and maintain reporting for Driver Support to monitor user satisfaction, issue resolution, and support efficiency.
Manage user marketing funnel analytics and track campaign conversion rates.
Facilitate quicker, more informed decisions across the organization by collaborating with leaders to define metrics, instrumentation, and reporting schedules, especially concerning OKRs, and translating insights into actions that enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Communicate Insights Effectively
Translate complex analyses into clear written materials (short decision memos, weekly updates, presentations, stakeholder briefings) that facilitate team alignment and remove obstacles.
Prepare inputs for executive-ready content for leadership reviews, business updates, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and decision-making processes (focus on narrative coherence, visual clarity, and actionable insights).
Generate client and partner-ready communications: one-pagers, slides, explainers, FAQs, and more for external sharing as required.
Lead Strategic Business Operations Projects and Support Client Needs
Drive various strategic BizOps projects while addressing evolving client requirements as necessary.
