Key Responsibilities:
Product and Technical Expertise
- Acquire an in-depth technical understanding of ShipWatch’s core modules, which include emissions optimization, vessel performance analytics, data integrity architecture, and commercial benchmarking.
- Communicate clear and quantifiable value propositions to both potential and existing clients to enhance long-term account value and identify expansion opportunities.
Customer and Commercial Management
- Act as a strategic commercial partner to clients and internal teams, managing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks to customer retention and implement strategies to safeguard recurring revenue and improve customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Delivery
- Function as an analytical bridge among teams, ensuring client insights are strategically actionable and internally aligned.
- Convert client operational needs into structured, outcome-driven project plans centered on measurable efficiency improvements.
Commercial Performance and Market Intelligence
- Assess and analyze sales pipeline performance, utilizing lead attribution models and conversion analyses to enhance market effectiveness and campaign ROI.
- Perform detailed competitive intelligence analysis across feature sets, pricing strategies, and customer segments to uncover whitespace opportunities and refine commercial differentiation.
- Integrate product usage analytics, client feedback, churn indicators, and lost deal diagnostics to produce clear, commercially relevant insights.
Industry Representation
- Represent ShipWatch at industry conferences and panel discussions, enhancing brand visibility in maritime digitalization and decarbonization.
