About the Role

We seek an entrepreneurial operator to join our commercial team. This role places you at the forefront of our business development efforts.

At Monumental, we pride ourselves on being fully vertically integrated. We design and manufacture our own hardware and software, produce robots in-house, and deploy them on construction sites with our dedicated team, acting as a subcontractor.

Your primary responsibility will extend beyond merely scheduling meetings or providing sales support; you will be instrumental in establishing a sustainable commercial momentum within a project-driven industry that is often resistant to change.

While we develop advanced technology, our sales approach remains traditional: we build relationships through in-person site visits and trust-building interactions. If you are searching for a remote-first sales position, this opportunity may not be the right fit.
