Your Role

As the Business Development Manager (B2B) for the USA, you will operate in a field sales role focused on promoting guided travel experiences and identifying potential growth opportunities. This position involves opening new accounts and building long-term relationships with travel professionals within your designated region. You will travel throughout your territory, championing the advantages of Exoticca, actively supporting partner marketing initiatives, and conducting presentations for potential travelers on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing effective field sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
  • Participating in relevant client events, managing the booth, and presenting as necessary.
  • Managing existing accounts to enhance revenue retention year over year.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to collect data and leverage it as a powerful sales tool.
  • Maintaining high standards in all communications and interactions.
  • Preparing weekly sales reports and monthly expense summaries.
  • Seeking group business opportunities from Travel Advisors.
  • Meeting established KPIs.
