Join Our Team:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our dedicated Healthcare sales team. This pivotal role will focus on generating new business opportunities within the NHS, enhancing our presence in NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), and national bodies, while leveraging NHS-specific expertise to support our broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential NHS Trusts, ICSs, NHSE teams, and wider healthcare organizations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a credible healthcare specialist during NHS client engagements, assisting Account Managers and Directors in building strong relationships and uncovering new prospects.
  • Map NHS stakeholders and establish multi-level connections across digital, clinical, IT, and procurement sectors.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to advance strategic programs and IT initiatives aligned with national delivery priorities.
  • Support regional Account Directors in engaging with NHS clients, providing essential expertise to enhance credibility and customer relations.
  • Partner with the new business Hunt team on significant NHS opportunities, delivering sector insights and support at senior levels.
  • Accompany junior sales colleagues during customer calls, aiding their navigation of NHS structures and opportunity identification.
  • Work alongside technical specialists to develop and position NHS-aligned solutions effectively.
  • Build a pipeline across NHS organizations where Phoenix has minimal presence through networking, events, and proactive outreach.
  • Contribute to the long-term healthcare strategy by sharing valuable market intelligence and stakeholder insights.
