The Role
Become a vital part of our National Sales Team as a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success within our vibrant sales network.
As a Business Development Manager, you will take charge of a designated region, cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with partners and referral sources through proactive phone engagement. Your goal? To nurture, expand, and leverage these connections to achieve remarkable results.
You will be the primary expert for motivating and training partners over the phone, equipping them with the tools and confidence necessary for success. Collaboration is key in this role, you will work closely with fellow Business Development Managers to discover new opportunities, foster engagement, and drive business referrals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, contact, and engage broker referrers within your designated territory
- Implement strategic plans to engage partners in referring business and achieving territory sales targets
- Build market awareness and create referral opportunities through partnerships
- Adhere to best practice sales and marketing execution across the channel
- Present the business value proposition to stimulate regular deal opportunities
- Identify and secure new referral partnerships across various industries
- Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to engage and develop business referrals to meet territory sales volumes and KPIs
- Grow partner referrals by effectively communicating the 'partner evolution' and fostering mutually beneficial relationships
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a channel sales role
