As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at akirolabs, you will be instrumental in propelling the growth of our cutting-edge procurement software solutions. Your role will encompass identifying and qualifying potential customers, forging impactful relationships, and generating leads for our dedicated sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to pinpoint potential clients, focusing on mid-sized and enterprise-level businesses. Employ various outreach methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact and spark interest in our procurement software.

  • Qualification: Engage with prospects to uncover their specific procurement challenges and requirements. Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to optimize the efficiency of our sales resources.

  • Solution Presentation: Articulate the unique value proposition of our procurement software to prospective clients. Customize your approach to address the distinct pain points and needs of each prospect.

  • Activity Management: Keep thorough and up-to-date records of all interactions and prospects in our CRM system. Continuously nurture leads and convert them into viable opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment, share insights, and help develop effective lead generation campaigns.
