Role Overview
The Business Development Representative focuses on connecting with potential customer agents, evaluating incoming leads, and booking video demos for the sales team. The position requires proactive outreach, clear communication, and careful management of a growing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and contact leads provided by the company. Professionally introduce the company’s marketing services.
- Lead Qualification & Demo Scheduling: Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and determine fit. Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management & Follow-Up: Follow up with interested agents who have not yet booked a demo. Maintain records of conversations and track progress through the sales pipeline.
- Communication & Objection Handling: Address objections clearly and communicate the value of the company’s offerings. Maintain a professional and engaging approach throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to share feedback and align outreach strategies.
