The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in client interactions, ideally with prior experience in the outsourcing or offshoring sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client and partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Facilitate service demonstrations to showcase KDCI's offerings and expertise to potential partners.
Develop, format, and present high-quality proposals and presentations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and partners to monitor progress and sustain engagement.
Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure proposals and deliverables meet client specifications.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development and Partnerships team.
