Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing/business partner team.
  • Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets.
  • Manage business processes regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), both administratively and in the field.
  • Oversee the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
  • Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts according to company regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education level: Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience leading a team of 5-10 members.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Microfinance as a Manager (experience with Grameen Financial Institutions preferred).
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies collaboratively to achieve targets.
  • Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
  • Willingness to be placed in Kandangan, Temanggung.
