Join our vibrant team as a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Centria Autism! In this rewarding position, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include working closely with children on a one-on-one basis, employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. As working with children can be physically demanding, you should be comfortable with various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and occasionally carrying items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
