Role overview
This Change Manager (m/w/d) position is based at Vienna FC and reports directly to the Head of Change Management. The role is responsible for overseeing the site’s change and project pipeline. Key priorities include implementing new initiatives, supporting process adoption, and standardizing practices across the site. Collaboration with both local and central teams is a regular part of the job, ensuring resources are aligned, progress is monitored, and continuous improvements are supported.
What you will do
- Project Leadership: Lead the project management office, track progress, monitor KPIs, and report on results.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to align resources, define project scope, and set priorities.
- Process Optimization: Support process improvements, contribute to innovation, and help standardize best practices.
- Operational Support: Assist site operations during peak periods, address challenges, and report key metrics.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage the site’s project and program pipeline.
Compensation and benefits
- Starting salary of € 5,357 per month (paid 14 times per year)
