The Channel Development Expert at Pakistan Mobile Communication Limited (PMCL) in Islamabad plays a central role in shaping the effectiveness and governance of Jazz’s B2B sales channels. This position focuses on analyzing channel performance, closing operational gaps, and supporting initiatives that drive productivity and discipline within the sales pipeline. The role reports directly to the Channel Development Manager.
What you will do
- Identify and address performance gaps in channel operations, leading projects to enhance productivity, pipeline quality, and sales effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional efforts to refine channel processes, strengthen governance structures, and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support the B2B channel ecosystem.
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and assess risks that could impact forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze pipeline trends, providing insights into gaps, risks, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for managing accounts, opportunities, and channel responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with established channel processes and governance policies, highlighting and addressing deviations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of channel performance to identify areas for improvement and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Support strategic decisions by surfacing performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
