Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Partnership Manager to drive growth through our reseller ecosystem. This role is pivotal in not only acquiring new resellers but also enhancing revenue performance from our existing partners, ensuring they align perfectly with AppsFlyer’s overarching business objectives within the mobile app ecosystem.
In this position, you will team up with our Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to craft strategic go-to-market plans, empower resellers for success, and amplify partner-driven revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition and Enablement:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential resellers within targeted markets.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs, including product training, sales readiness, and certification.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create co-marketing campaigns that enhance the reseller pipeline and boost brand visibility.
- Revenue and Performance Management:
- Establish and manage quarterly revenue and activation targets for resellers.
- Monitor and analyze reseller performance across various metrics such as pipeline status, Closed Won, and retention.
- Implement incentive programs to enhance reseller contributions.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to collaboratively plan go-to-market strategies, align on revenue goals, and ensure reseller performance and client retention.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance on pricing, deal registration, and partner operations.
- Provide regular insights and business reviews to internal stakeholders on partner performance and emerging market trends.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Stay informed on mobile marketing and measurement trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Benchmark ecosystem-wide reseller programs and suggest ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partnership Management, ideally within the mobile app or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in driving partner-sourced revenue and enabling partners.
- Strong understanding of the mobile marketing landscape and measurement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
