ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of People, you will establish and lead Arago's People function during our exciting growth phase, expanding from 50 to a global tech powerhouse. Your responsibilities will encompass compensation, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and fostering a thriving culture across our locations. You will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role on the leadership team, building your own People team as we scale. Required Skills and Experience8+ years in People/HR roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity at a fast-growing startup or scale-up (Series B+). Proven experience in building People functions from the ground up, including compensation, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. Extensive expertise in designing and implementing compensation frameworks in technical organizations. Ability to navigate multiple geographies with an understanding of labor laws in France, the US, and ideally Israel. Experience in scaling teams from approximately 50 to hundreds of employees. Strong insight into people, culture, and organizational design, with an ability to prioritize immediate needs effectively. Hands-on builder mentality, with strategic foresight.
