Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous, client-oriented Loan Processor to oversee residential loan applications from initiation to finalization. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. Experience in real estate or home lending is greatly valued. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee residential loan files from application to closing
Gather, review, and authenticate borrower documents for accuracy and completeness
Directly communicate with clients to request necessary documents and provide updates
Coordinate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to expedite file processing
Ensure compliance with guidelines and submission standards
Maintain well-organized digital records and regularly update CRM/loan systems
Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay closing
Required Qualifications
Experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or a related administrative/client-facing role
Strong organizational abilities with an exceptional focus on detail
Capability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines concurrently
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Prior remote work experience is essential. Candidates must be adept with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar) and should have ideally worked with US or UK-based firms. Applications without this experience will not be reviewed.

Background in real estate, mortgage lending, or home loan processing
Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written)
Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards in the mortgage industry
