Position Overview

As a Client Manager, you will be an integral part of our Client Management Team, providing essential support to Client Directors as the primary contact for all client management matters. You will manage specific programs from start to finish, working independently and collaboratively.

The Client Management Team is dedicated to achieving results and consistently illustrates the value of Decoded programs to our clients. By maintaining close relationships with clients, you will identify potential opportunities to align Decoded's offerings with client needs and relay valuable insights back to the business in real time.

In this role, you will cultivate strong and productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure an exceptional experience for Decoded clients.

You will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration to deliver programs seamlessly. Gathering, analyzing, and responding to feedback will be crucial, as will understanding resource requirements and knowing when to engage additional support.

As we expand our client base in the US, this role requires availability to work Eastern Time hours (1 PM - 9 PM UK) at least three days a week.
