The Opportunity: Client Operations Program Manager (Remote - US/Canada)
The Client Operations Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring effective execution across Wrapbook's Client Operations organization, which encompasses Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation, Payroll Operations, Workers Compensation, and Vendor Payments. This position is vital for bridging the gap between strategy and execution, transforming priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
Unlike a coordinator role, this position offers a high degree of autonomy and ownership over cross-functional initiatives, from initial discovery to final delivery. The Program Manager is expected to produce executive-ready documentation, facilitate decision-making, and hold stakeholders accountable, even those who do not report directly to them.
Success in this role means enhancing leadership capacity, minimizing unexpected challenges in cross-functional work, and ensuring that important but non-urgent initiatives continue to progress.
What You'll Do
Program Execution & Strategic Discovery
- Maintain a real-time, centralized overview of all active Client Ops programs, projects, and initiatives, including responsible owners, timelines, milestones, and status updates.
- Lead operational planning activities, including quarterly planning support, initiative reviews, and weekly status reporting.
