Your Responsibilities

Manage Client Relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact from project initiation through to completion. Clients will rely on you and appreciate your proactive communication, never needing to chase you for updates.

Oversee Project Planning. You will manage up to 20 simultaneous engagements, each valued between $30,000 and $50,000, lasting 3 to 8 weeks, while coordinating small engineering teams alongside our AI tools. You'll monitor progress, identify risks early, swiftly remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward without waiting for prompts. Our AI systems will assist with documentation and reporting, ensuring a manageable workload.

Lead Engagements from Start to Finish. You will establish a structured approach that includes a 30-minute kickoff meeting, 2-3 discovery sessions, FRD review, UAT, and hypercare. Collaborating with AI, you will draft the FRD, secure initial discovery within a week, and resolve any outstanding items before development begins.
