Position Overview and Responsibilities

At Sentral, we seek passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will embody a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence. As an Experience Ambassador, you will assist residents and guests with inquiries about our facilities, services, and local attractions, ensuring a memorable experience.

This is an in-person role located in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Weekend availability is essential. The schedule includes three closing shifts and two overnight shifts: Thursday to Saturday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM and Sunday to Monday from 11 PM to 7:30 AM.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain Sentral’s high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and guests to ensure they feel valued and welcomed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize requests from residents and guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
