The Opportunity:
As a Communications and Engagement Specialist, you will be pivotal in supporting Wifinity’s commercial objectives through extensive travel across the UK. Expect to spend four days a week on the road, managing your schedule autonomously. This role involves organizing marketing and engagement events, promoting our services, and being the primary point of contact for end-users at various locations, including launch events, industry expos, and Go-Live events.
Key Responsibilities:
Joining the marketing team, you will be tasked with:
- Traveling extensively to customer sites, approximately four days per week.
- Maintaining an organized calendar of events and supporting new site launches.
- Promoting our services directly and providing hands-on support to end-users.
- Ensuring marketing materials are effective and readily available.
- Coordinating visit schedules and requirements for Wifinity representatives.
- Collaborating with on-site management and customer staff, including marketing and sales teams.
- Conducting research and gathering insights on market trends and customer feedback.
- Collecting and analyzing end-user insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as directed by management.
