We are seeking a motivated Community Account Assistant to join our dynamic Marketplace team, where you will assist in managing our clientele. You will provide support to an Account Manager for Global Partner Accounts spanning fashion, beauty, and home, aiming to execute our business strategies and deliver exceptional customer service. As the primary point of contact for key wholesale partners, you will ensure their needs are met and that relevant products are proposed and delivered to drive sales.

This position is based in our central Manchester office.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with partners through consistent communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Make independent decisions while continuously monitoring sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and reporting these to the Account Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandisers to fulfill Open-to-Buy (OTB) category areas, ensuring commitments are tracked, allocated, and dispatched on schedule.
  • Monitor partner deliveries through regular engagement with brand and warehouse teams, ensuring timely updates are communicated back to partners.
  • Oversee the allocation of partner stock, manage the Purchase Order (PPO) process, and coordinate with supply chain teams to guarantee timely dispatch.
  • Maintain and update the partner style tracker, including additional purchase orders or cancellations.
  • Work alongside the Assistant Product Seller to ensure product range appropriateness for each brand within the Debenhams Group.
  • Generate product sales reports for partners and share them as needed to support informed decision-making.
