Join BB&E as a Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects. We are a full-service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm based in Northville, Michigan, serving both federal and industrial sectors across the United States.

In this position, located at the Naval Air Station Pensacola, you will support the NAVFAC Southeast Headquarters, Public Works Departments, and the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC).

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the construction quality management program, reviewing contractor quality control plans, attending critical meetings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also validate materials, assist in testing and commissioning critical systems, and maintain communication with government sponsors regarding project status.
