The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Quality Control Manager with General Contractors on NAVFAC or US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects. Alternatively, candidates with 10 years of proven foreman experience in trades such as Concrete, Mechanical, Electrical, Masonry, or Carpentry on commercial, industrial, or military projects are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of construction quality management programs.
