The Contracts Assistant plays a vital role in our administrative team, assisting the Contracts Administrator with daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing and archiving contractual documents, as well as collaborating with the internal Contracts team, accounting department, CFO, and Project Management teams to ensure adherence to Ware Malcomb's established protocols.
