Your QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of proven experience in customer relationship management or complex project management, preferably within a dynamic startup environment catering to SMBs and Enterprises across EMEA. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain resilient business relationships; maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations, while celebrating client successes. Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, aligning with sales leaders, product teams, and clients from some of the world’s largest organizations to ensure client objectives are met. Excellent communication skills with a tactful approach to managing intricate business relationships; able to adapt your tone to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Comfortable in fast-paced settings, adept at identifying priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

We are on the lookout for a proactive and independent Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Plan A and our clients, ensuring their success while representing their needs within our organization.

At Plan A, you will collaborate with prominent global companies to help them understand and minimize their carbon footprint. You will also work closely with our sales and product teams to identify and define new opportunities that align with our customer engagement processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for our major clients in EMEA, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success by engaging with counterparts and senior stakeholders within their organizations.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the Plan A platform to address client challenges and identify areas for future product enhancements.
  • Advise our customers on strategic sustainability and carbon accounting matters, leveraging the expertise of our subject-matter specialists.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our product development pipeline.
  • Manage the entire commercial relationship from contract signing to renewal, including negotiations on commercial and contractual terms.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance processes and systems, driving rapid growth.
