Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via our support channels, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. Utilize our knowledge base to effectively resolve frequently asked questions from customers. Identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times. Contribute actively to improving customer operations to enhance our support services and increase customer retention and revenue. Serve as a vital link between customers and the product/engineering teams, relaying essential feedback and ensuring customer-focused updates and fixes are prioritized.
