Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & StrategyDirect multiple security initiatives across global programs. Formulate and oversee cybersecurity strategies, programs, policies, and standards. Maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations detailing program status. Align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities. Project & Program ManagementDevelop work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, schedules, and budget forecasts. Manage cross-functional teams encompassing IT, engineering, and security disciplines. Facilitate the adoption of new security technologies and process enhancements. Identify and address operational and program risks, including vendor and supply chain management. Risk & Compliance ManagementConduct comprehensive risk, vulnerability, and threat assessments. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2). Participate in both internal and external audits and implement necessary corrective actions. Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and mitigation techniques. Security Operations & Incident ResponseOversee the deployment and management of security monitoring tools and solutions (SIEM, endpoint security, intrusion detection). Coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring effective mitigation and recovery.
