The Role
As a Data Analyst in the Sortation & First Mile team, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to parcel sorting and collection processes. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including cost analysis, workforce optimization, capacity assessments, performance evaluations, and operational reporting. Your insights will directly influence scheduling, volume management, and targeted improvements within our operations.
You will collaborate closely with teams in operations, commercial, and finance to transform data into actionable decisions that impact our daily logistics.
