Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Data Center Support Specialist to oversee various operations within our colocation facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring, access control, and logistics management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Colocation Room Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of the colocation area, documenting conditions and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Visitor Management: Guide visitors without ID cards, ensuring they are assisted and directed appropriately.
- System Monitoring: Respond swiftly to alerts from the customer monitoring system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Access Management: Review and manage entry applications from internal staff and customers, adhering to established access protocols.
- Shipping and Receiving: Handle shipment applications by verifying, registering, and managing packages while coordinating with delivery personnel.
- Common Facilities Management: Schedule and manage common facility usage to optimize resource allocation.
- Rental Item Oversight: Verify the condition and availability of rental items, ensuring necessary repairs or cleaning are carried out.
- Remote Hands Support: Provide basic remote assistance by handling customer requests and maintaining logs for billing purposes.
