About Us:

Xcellink is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Data Center Support Specialists. In this critical role, you will utilize your skills to protect information systems and facilitate secure operations in our data center.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Colocation Room Management:
    • Conduct regular inspections of the colocation area based on a set schedule, documenting the state of essential zones and reporting any anomalies to the relevant personnel.
  2. Visitor Guidance:
    • Assist visitors without Personal ID cards, ensuring they receive the necessary support and directions.
  3. Monitoring System Oversight:
    • Quickly respond to alerts generated by the customer device monitoring systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  4. Customer Entry Management:
    • Process entry requests by reviewing applications from internal personnel or customers to guarantee adherence to established access protocols.
  5. Shipping Oversight:
    • Receive, verify, and log shipping requests, manage parcel storage and tagging, and coordinate with delivery services.
  6. Receiving Management:
    • Handle incoming deliveries, ensure proper registration of receiving applications, and manage parcel storage before handing them to customers.
  7. Facility Management:
    • Efficiently manage and schedule the use of common facilities to optimize resources and maintain smooth operations.
  8. Rental Item Oversight:
    • Verify the availability and condition of rental items such as tools and monitors on a nightly basis, ensuring items are cleaned or repaired as needed.
  9. Carry-In/Out Management:
    • Oversee the process of managing carry-in/out requests, ensuring proper scheduling and documentation.
  10. Remote Hands Service:
    • Provide basic remote support services by addressing customer requests and maintaining operational logs for billing purposes.
    • Ensure run books are organized and accessible for operational effectiveness.
  11. Customer Notifications:
    • Regularly inform customers of updates and relevant information regarding their services.
