In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire demand generation process for both new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for leading our paid and organic acquisition efforts, managing lead flow processes, and designing campaigns that successfully introduce SeekNow’s offerings to the market. Collaborating closely with our Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing teams, you will turn innovative ideas into tangible results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive demand generation programs that generate pipeline for both new accounts and expansion within existing customers.
- Develop and manage campaign calendars across various channels including email, paid media, social media, events, webinars, and SEO.
- Lead campaign strategies for launching new products and services in collaboration with Product and Customer Marketing teams.
- Work in partnership with Field Marketing to synchronize regional, event, and account-based demand strategies.
Digital Acquisition & SEO
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and others.
- Oversee the SEO strategy and content alignment to drive qualified inbound traffic.
- Develop and test landing pages, lead magnets, and forms to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage lead flows between marketing automation and CRM systems ensuring accurate and timely routing.
Content Development
- Create marketing assets that support campaigns, including one-pagers, eBooks, email sequences, landing pages, and webinar presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand identity.
- Leverage AI tools to expedite asset creation and personalize content at scale.
Webinars & Field Marketing Programs
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and live sessions to engage prospects and educate the market.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to align content and audience strategies for industry events and trade shows.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and the influence of post-event pipeline.
Funnel Optimization & Analytics
- Create and monitor dashboards to track campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
