We are currently seeking a Demand Generation Manager to elevate our marketing-driven pipeline engine. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and refine a high-efficiency acquisition engine that consistently generates a reliable and high-quality pipeline across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels.
This role is hands-on and requires a builder mentality. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to implement demand generation strategies while managing key programs and experiments across acquisition channels. Additionally, you will work alongside a growth marketer to facilitate campaign execution and operational support.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in executing integrated demand programs within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company, preferably at the Series A, B, or C stage. You are adept at creating repeatable systems that drive growth. You possess both analytical and creative skills and are enthusiastic about thriving in a fast-paced environment that values speed, experimentation, and ownership.
This position requires 3-4 days on-site at our NYC headquarters.
