Position Overview
We are seeking a Developer Relations Associate to advocate for the builders and startups shaping the future of open AI. This role is perfect for a junior developer or recent software engineering graduate eager to engage across engineering, product, and community domains.
In this position, you will nurture and expand the Featherless ecosystem throughout Europe, connecting with students, researchers, indie developers, and early-stage entrepreneurs. This hybrid role combines technical support with go-to-market strategies, assisting developers in deploying open-source models, facilitating hackathons, creating lightweight demos, and influencing how the European builder community embraces Featherless.
You will merge technical expertise with a tangible community presence, representing Featherless both in Europe and online, and interacting with AI builders, creators, and founders who share our vision of open, accessible intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Empower Developers: Assist students, researchers, model creators, and early-stage AI startups in deploying and scaling their projects on the Featherless platform.
Grow the Ecosystem: Enhance Featherless's network of builders, labs, and university communities across Europe.
Create and Share: Develop small examples, demos, starter templates, or reference integrations that demonstrate the potential of open models.
Represent Featherless: Participate in hackathons, community events, and developer showcases.
Gather Feedback: Serve as the voice of the developer community, ensuring their insights and needs are communicated effectively.
