Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, communications, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in online paid media management, SEO, digital metrics, and web analytics. At least 3 years of demonstrated experience with online marketing strategies. Experience in social media moderation is a plus. A minimum of 3 years experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and influencer marketing. Familiarity with split testing practices.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at ssc-hr, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive growth. Your primary responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and optimize performance. You will also play a key role in mentoring the Digital Marketing Executive, ensuring a collaborative approach to driving success.

Your expertise will be vital in enhancing brand loyalty and awareness, developing a robust conversion strategy, and substantially increasing web traffic and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital marketing department, overseeing areas such as the marketing database, email campaigns, and paid advertising, including influencer partnerships.
  • Develop and present annual and quarterly marketing plans, encompassing situation analyses, competitive assessments, target audience profiles, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary account manager, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee digital advertising initiatives and enhance website strategy, including site maps and content planning for traffic generation.
  • Conduct SEO campaigns and A/B testing to refine marketing approaches.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports, focusing on metrics that influence website traffic and service quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement growth strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and marketing technologies.
