What You’ll Do: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team by identifying exceptional talent and coaching them toward success. Identify and recruit new companies into the Datadog Partner Network in Korea to drive additional revenue and deliver excellent outcomes for our end customers. Accelerate the business of existing Datadog Partners through targeted pipeline generation, business and technical enablement programs, and effective go-to-market strategies. Work closely with Datadog’s regional Enterprise and Commercial sales teams, as well as regional marketing and customer success groups, to generate incremental revenue in the region. Act as the executive regional sponsor for key partnerships, including top channel partners and major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure. Manage Channels & Alliances regional metrics and reporting to Datadog leadership.

The Channels & Alliances Team at Datadog is dedicated to developing and activating a strategic, differentiated, and high-impact partner ecosystem that fosters client adoption of our industry-leading cloud security and observability platform. As the Director of Channels & Alliances for Korea, you will lead a team that drives incremental pipeline and revenue by building and scaling a robust partner community. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, developing, and scaling Datadog Sales & Services partners, encompassing system integrators, managed service providers, and resellers. Additionally, you will enhance Datadog’s strategic technology and cloud partnerships with key players such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.

This high-profile role is part of Datadog Korea’s senior leadership team and reports directly to the APAC Head of Channels & Alliances. Achieving success in this position will require close collaboration across various functions, including marketing, sales, engineering, field enablement, product, sales operations, and legal, to effectively build, manage, and scale the Datadog Partner business in the region.
