Strategic Leadership
- Develop and refine workplace strategies tailored for multiple offices and hybrid work models.
- Align office operations with business objectives, growth initiatives, and expansion plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for all sites.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational quality and employee experience.
- Create scalable standards, policies, and systems to support current and future office needs.
Execution and Operations
- Direct daily office operations across several locations.
- Lead new office launches, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, setup, and opening.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality operations in all workspaces.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery at scale.
- Coordinate company-wide travel and mobility support.
- Continuously improve administrative tools, processes, and systems.
