Everlaw is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Partner Development who will play a pivotal role in expanding our strategic partner business within the legal technology sector. In this influential position, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and fostering the growth of Everlaw’s diverse range of channel partners, which includes Managed Service Providers (MSPs), global advisory firms, Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs), and tiered distributors. You will be instrumental in architecting a scalable system to enhance Everlaw’s channel operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, particularly within partner-led initiatives, and will excel at formulating and negotiating innovative partnership models. This position will also involve creating joint ventures that will support Everlaw’s international expansion strategy.
This is a full-time exempt role that offers flexibility with the option to work remotely or from our offices in Oakland, CA or New York, NY. Office-based employees can enjoy a hybrid work schedule, working in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while having the option to work from home on Tuesday and Friday.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Leading Channel Partnership Strategy by:
- Formulating Everlaw’s overarching strategy for expanding its channel and services partner business.
- Creating and managing the recruitment and development plan for new channel partners.
- Developing and implementing a partnership-led strategy to penetrate new international markets and business segments.
