Your Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering new business relationships while providing exceptional support to our existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients using various strategies such as online research, trade show insights, referrals, professional directories, and direct outreach.

  • Create and maintain organized spreadsheets of prospective client information, including names, titles, contact details, and other relevant data.

  • Execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospective clients based on up-to-date client data.

  • Conduct cold calls to establish initial contact with potential clients.

  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to enhance our new business development approach.

  • Negotiate pricing and timelines with both prospective and existing clients.

  • Educate clients on the translation process, including TransPerfect’s pricing structure and turnaround justifications.

  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure all projects are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Consistently follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction with our services, delivery, and overall support.

  • Stay informed about the industries we serve, understanding key players, market trends, and relevant developments.

  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed.
