Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering new business relationships while providing exceptional support to our existing clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients using various strategies such as online research, trade show insights, referrals, professional directories, and direct outreach.
Create and maintain organized spreadsheets of prospective client information, including names, titles, contact details, and other relevant data.
Execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospective clients based on up-to-date client data.
Conduct cold calls to establish initial contact with potential clients.
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to enhance our new business development approach.
Negotiate pricing and timelines with both prospective and existing clients.
Educate clients on the translation process, including TransPerfect’s pricing structure and turnaround justifications.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure all projects are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of quality.
Consistently follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction with our services, delivery, and overall support.
Stay informed about the industries we serve, understanding key players, market trends, and relevant developments.
Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed.
