We are thrilled to announce a newly created position for a Sales Executive at GAC, as part of our ambitious growth and expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a vital division within our organization. This position focuses on driving profitable revenue growth, achieving specific company objectives, and enhancing market penetration and customer retention. Responsibilities will include maintaining credit control over clients, acquiring new business, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and projects to keep our database updated.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive business strategy, including KPI reporting and operational management.
Strategically plan to grow the number of satisfied clients efficiently and rapidly.
Manage budget and cost control aligned with the growth objectives of the division.
Enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Tasks:
Identify potential clients and propose tailored end-to-end solutions and additional services.
Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses through various sources, identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
Innovate solutions for customers that not only support but also enhance our existing product offerings.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic plans, identifying successes, risks, and opportunities while formulating responsive strategies.
Set long-term business objectives and targets for Key Accounts.
Promote GAC and its services through various marketing efforts, including promotions and events.
Conduct sales activities, including account planning and field sales support.
Develop a growth strategy that prioritizes financial gains and customer satisfaction.
Achieve the department's revenue targets by fostering relationships with clients and acquiring new customers, agents, and partners.
