Job Summary
The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations and managing craft personnel. This role collaborates closely with project management teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing construction schedules, procuring materials and equipment, ensuring QA/QC compliance, and implementing safety programs while guiding foremen and large crews through complex electrical installations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive electrical trade experience, strong leadership skills across multi-crew projects, and proficiency in interpreting detailed drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all project craft employees.
- Collaborate with project management to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and QA/QC standards.
- Guide foremen and craft crews through electrical installation projects.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Support training and development of team members.
