Job Title: Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development
Location: Remote or Hybrid (3 days/week on-site if located near our offices in Waltham, MA or Menlo Park, CA).
Role Overview: The Executive Medical Director of Clinical Development plays a pivotal role in steering the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials at the asset level, ensuring the generation of high-quality data to support the safety and efficacy of our pipeline products. This position involves leading and cultivating a team, as well as shaping and influencing clinical development strategies across assets, including study design, implementation, and data interpretation. The Executive Medical Director will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that trial execution aligns with regulatory, scientific, and business objectives in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Clinical Development.
