The Goal

We are searching for an HR Operations Partner to join our People function, playing a key role in the delivery of HR services across the organization. This senior, hands-on position is central to HR Operations, where you will oversee shared-services delivery, ensure data integrity within HR systems, and contribute to the global scalability of HR.
You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues, managers, and cross-functional partners across various regions, acting as a trusted operational expert and escalation resource. In addition to daily operations, you will champion continuous improvements, promote global alignment, and support HR digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven solutions.
This role is perfect for individuals who have experience in evolving a shared-services HR operating model and possess a clear understanding of excellence in high-volume, high-accuracy HR operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
HR Operations & Shared Services Delivery
Lead the daily operations of HR, ensuring that services are delivered consistently, accurately, and to a high standard.
- Manage shared-services HR delivery throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual modifications, employee data updates, documentation, exit processes, and offboarding.
- Serve as the Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation point for intricate employee and manager inquiries, providing confident and pragmatic operational guidance.
- Guarantee that HR transactions are executed accurately and timely, adhering to established controls and expectations.
- Draft, review, and ensure the quality of employment letters, contractual documents, policies, and official HR communications.
