Your Role as a Customer Support Advisor:
- Manage and document customer inquiries via dedicated phone lines, ensuring a high level of service;
- Accurately log consumer feedback and inquiries in our customer service database;
- Effectively resolve client complaints in accordance with our established escalation policy;
- Respond to support calls and emails promptly, ensuring all interactions are recorded appropriately within agreed service level agreements (SLAs);
- Troubleshoot customer issues using open-ended questions, support documents, and training resources;
- Provide solutions and guidance for common inquiries and issues.
