Business Unit Marketing Strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for Vaco, disseminating marketing updates across Vaco leadership and field. Develop and refine Vaco’s overarching marketing strategy to drive business priorities, aligning marketing efforts with local goals while ensuring enterprise consistency. Establish clear feedback loops to relay sales insights from leadership and the field to the marketing team. Prioritize, manage, and tailor marketing requests to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Identify opportunities to pilot, refine, and replicate high-performing marketing initiatives across the field. Scalable Local Activation & Enablement Lead a growing team of regional field marketers, focusing on development and career progression within the marketing field. Create scalable processes for local adoption of marketing initiatives, including campaign updates, enablement materials, playbooks, and marketing programs. Collaborate closely with the global events team to support the execution of local events, brainstorm new event strategies, and implement standardized events across Vaco offices. Develop and maintain field-ready toolkits to ensure all resources are accessible and effective for local teams.
