This part-time contractor position is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and candidates must reside in or around the area.Key Responsibilities:Conduct professional development training focusing on effective product usage.Coordinate professional development and technical services for the assigned district.Collaborate with the Customer Success Management Team to create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule.Provide recommendations on 'Best Practices.'Work closely with Renaissance leaders to address customer issues promptly and professionally.Establish and maintain strong communication channels with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance®.Facilitate weekly status meetings with key district leaders.Promote awareness regarding the implementation of products.Utilize additional company resources as needed.Engage with campuses both remotely and onsite to monitor the implementation and formulate recommendations for subsequent steps.Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance or expand district implementations.
