Position Overview:The Senior Investigator Grants Associate plays a pivotal role within the project team, offering essential grant administration and financial support to the Project and Finance Teams of Precision’s clients. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing large volumes of sensitive financial information in a dynamic environment.Core Responsibilities:Act as a financial member of the Project Team, contributing to the timely and precise preparation and monitoring of site payments.Analyze the financial components of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) to create tracking workbooks for site payments on both project and site levels.Maintain advance balance tracking per project to guarantee availability of prepaid funds for site payments.Collaborate with Project Directors and Managers to guide the completion of site payment workbooks, ensuring that all eligible visits are duly tracked and processed.Verify the financial calculations within the investigator site payment workbooks to ensure accurate site payments.Compile site payment packages for review and approval by the Project Director/Manager.Communicate approved payments in accordance with the CTA terms within the Finance Department, facilitating entry into financial systems and processing payments.Prepare Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) Medicare/Medicaid (MMSE) reports as necessary.Conduct site payment reconciliations.Oversee the dedicated mailbox for investigator grants.Mentor and coach team members within the Investigator Grants Team.Execute ad hoc financial tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager of Global Investigator Grants.Support the Project Team by managing the Investigator Grants pass-through budget.Collect data related to patient activity at each site to enhance client accrual accuracy, ensure site payments are aligned with Fully Executed Clinical Trial Agreements, and monitor overall budget health.Engage with sites and clients via email to address inquiries efficiently.
