The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, exemplary organizational skills, and the capability to manage substantial amounts of confidential financial information in a dynamic setting.Key Responsibilities:Act as a financial liaison within the Project Team, ensuring the timely and precise preparation and tracking of site payments.Thoroughly review the financial components of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to create tracking workbooks for site payments on a project and site basis.Maintain advance balance tracking for projects, guaranteeing sufficient prepaid funds for site payments.Collaborate with Project Directors and Managers to guide the accurate completion of site payment workbooks, ensuring eligible visits are tracked and processed effectively.Verify financial calculations in the investigator site payment workbook to ensure accurate site payments.Prepare site payment packages for approval by Project Directors/Managers.Communicate approved payments within the Finance Department according to CTA terms, facilitating seamless entry into financial systems for processing.Prepare Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) Medicare/Medicaid (MMSE) reports as necessary.Conduct site payment reconciliations.Manage the investigator grant dedicated mailbox.Mentor and coach team members within the Investigator Grants Team.Handle ad hoc financial tasks assigned by the Senior Manager of Global Investigator Grants.Support the Project Team by managing the Investigator Grants pass-through budget.Collect patient activity data from each site, using it to create accurate client accruals and monitor overall budget health.Engage in effective communication with sites and clients via email to resolve inquiries.
