The Collections team, part of Credit Risk and Collections, manages overdue balances from hotel partners across several product lines. Combining in-house expertise with support from external partners, the group works to recover payments and improve collection processes. The Bangkok office is growing and now seeks a Senior Collections Analyst.
Role overview
This Senior Collections Analyst position centers on working directly with hotel partners to recover outstanding payments owed to Agoda. The role involves collaboration across teams to improve operations and contribute to new projects. Opportunities exist to take part in major initiatives within the collections group.
What you will do
- Recover overdue payments by reaching out to hotel partners through calls and emails.
- Negotiate with partners to help them meet their contractual payment commitments.
- Develop repayment plans and encourage partners to follow through on them.
