Your Impact: Develop and expand a high-performing engineering team focused on Security, Access, and Regulatory Compliance. Lead the team and the organization to excel in the regulatory landscape by enhancing platform security and compliance. Formulate and implement strategies for secure frameworks, primitives, and tools utilized across Databricks. Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders across the organization to ensure security and compliance are embedded in all new initiatives.
